STUDIO POLICIES

Policies Designed for a Smooth Learning Experience

These policies help keep scheduling, attendance, tuition, and communication clear and consistent for students, families, and instructors. Please review them before completing enrollment.

Tuition & Payments

Tuition is billed monthly and reserves the student’s recurring lesson or class time. Monthly tuition is not based on receiving exactly four lessons in each calendar month. Tuition rates and payment arrangements are confirmed during enrollment.

Cancellations & Make-Up Credits

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or class may receive a make-up credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a make-up credit. Unused make-up credits expire according to the studio’s make-up credit policy.

Attendance & Missed Lessons

Students are expected to attend lessons and classes at their scheduled times. Lessons or classes missed without sufficient notice are considered absences and are not eligible for a make-up credit. Please contact the studio as soon as possible when an absence is unavoidable.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

Weekly lesson and class times are scheduled based on instructor availability and enrollment. Schedule changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Students and families should use the Student Portal or contact the studio when a scheduling change is needed.

Communication

Important scheduling, account, and program information may be communicated by email or through the Student Portal. Students and families are responsible for keeping their contact information current and reviewing studio communications regularly.

Student & Studio Expectations

Students are expected to treat instructors, other students, equipment, and studio spaces with respect. Students should arrive prepared to participate and follow instructions related to the safe and appropriate use of instruments, technology, and production equipment.

Online Lessons

Students participating online are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a suitable device, and access to any equipment or software required for their program. Students should join sessions from a quiet, appropriate learning environment and be ready at the scheduled start time.

Photo, Video & Media

Photos or video may occasionally be taken during lessons, classes, workshops, or studio activities. Images or recordings of students will not be used publicly for promotional purposes without appropriate permission from the student or, when applicable, a parent or guardian.

Policy Updates

Studio policies may be updated as programs, scheduling, or services evolve. Students and families will be notified of significant changes that affect their enrollment or participation.
